INSPIRED BY THE CULINARY GARDEN OF WAIMEA MIDDLE SCHOOL, medicinal plants, common weeds, and even bi-products of your favorite Big Island grown fruits and vegetables, you’ll learn the basics of natural dyeing and to make an array of vibrant plant based colors. You'll take home saturated naturally dyed color samples, and your own beautifully botanically dyed silk textile!

Book signing for Sasha's latest book "Natural Color," as well as Seasonal Color Wheel Prints for Hawaii will also be available for purchase at the workshop. All proceeds will be donated to Māla'ai, The Culinary Garden of Waimea Middle School.
